I used to cough everytime I talk. I owe my life extension to my sister Vicky; she saved me a million breath more, when she sponsored me to Canada. She asked me to quit to avoid complications with my physical and I complied. It was so easy; it's just personal discipline a firm determination; no after effect. Thank you very much sister! I tried once when I just got here. I was on a date with a smoker and when I kissed her, as if I was licking an ash tray!!!....Yukk! I used to smoke, and the most was 3 packs a day.
